These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stopa iOS application ("Stopa", "the app"). By downloading or using Stopa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Stopa is operated independently from Czechia (European Union). Contact: hello@stopa.app.

The service

Stopa takes a training plan you already have — generated by an AI assistant, shared by a coach as a spreadsheet, or exported as a PDF — and pushes the structured workouts to your watch, via Apple's WorkoutKit or, if you connect one, a third-party watch or fitness service. Stopa does not generate training plans for you; it imports the plan you bring.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Stopa.

Your account

Stopa uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID associated with your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Stopa offers a free trial, a limited free tier, and a paid "Pro" subscription.

  • Free trial: 14 days of full Pro access, no card required.
  • Free tier (after the trial, if you do not subscribe): view and edit one existing training plan. Apple Watch sync, new imports, and the AI parser are not included.
  • Pro: everything in the trial, permanently, including Apple Watch sync, unlimited plans, the AI parser fallback, and full history. Pro is offered at $5.99 per month or $49 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the point of purchase).

All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account under Apple's standard in-app purchase terms (StoreKit). Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged the renewal price within 24 hours before the period ends.

Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Stopa — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, or use it to infringe others' rights. You are responsible for the content of the plans you import and confirm you have the right to use them.

Health disclaimer

Stopa is a tool for organising and syncing training plans. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, or professional coaching advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme. You train at your own risk. Stopa does not verify that any imported plan is safe or appropriate for you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Stopa available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Parser interpretation of plans is best-effort and may contain errors — always review imported workouts before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stopa and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including any injury related to training. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Apple App Store terms

Stopa is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms also apply to your use of the app. Where those terms conflict with these Terms regarding App Store distribution, Apple's terms govern that subject matter. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Czechia and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
